The standard contracts for MarketValue Index and MarketSeven Index are now available in New Jersey.  Previously, we announced that alternative contracts with lower commissions and shorter surrender periods were adopted for New Jersey sales, in response to the Senior Citizen Investment Protection Act.  After further analysis, EquiTrust Life has determined that the standard versions are appropriate. 

Effective immediately, the standard contracts for all five EquiTrust Life annuities are available in New Jersey.  Beginning February 20, the updated disclosure statements for MarketValue Index (ET-EIA-1101) and MarketSeven Index (ET-MK7-1101) must accompany the application for New Jersey sales.  To make sure you’re using the appropriate disclosure statements, refer to AppBuilder.

For New Jersey sales, all five products are subject to the Group Contract form series numbers:  
MarketPower Bonus Index: ET-MPP-2000C(02-05)
MarketValue Index: ET-EIA-2000C(11-04)
MarketSeven Index: ET-MK7-2000C(11-04)
MarketBooster Index: ET-MKB-2000C(07-05)
