Beginning June 24th, 2008, EquiTrust will be mailing updated IRS endorsements to all in-force contract holders with a plan type of IRA, SEP IRA, and Roth IRA. The endorsements were updated this year due to some updated information provided by the Internal Revenue Service regarding these plan types.

Agent copies will not be sent and no action is necessary. Clients simply need to be informed of the changes and should keep the updated endorsements with their original contracts.
