EquiTrust Life has modified eligibility requirements regarding agent transfers among marketing organizations. These took effect January 1, 2006.

Agents who wish to transfer their EquiTrust Life contracts to other marketing organizations may now do so without a release from their current marketing organizations if they meet two conditions:

• Agents have been in their current hierarchy for over six months, and
• Have submitted no EquiTrust Life business for six months

The previous requirement was 12 months with the current marketing organization, and 12 months of no EquiTrust Life business.
