Business Guidelines and Commitment to Ethics


As an EquiTrust Life agent, you are required to review the Business Guidelines at least annually. The Business Guidelines contain company policies and procedures, advertising requirements, and ethics commitments. Additionally, if you have any changes to your felony record, you must report the change to EquiTrust Life immediately. Your silence on these items indicate that you have read the Business Guidelines and have had no change to your felony record, and that you agree to abide by the terms found in the Business Guidelines.
