We have just been made aware that an online entity -- equitrust.org -- is creating some confusion for our customers.
First, please note that this organization is in no way affiliated with FBL Financial Group, Inc. or EquiTrust Life Insurance Company.
Equitrust.org offers loans -- personal, debt consolidation, home equity, business, etc. and it's been reported that prospective customers are directed to send money up-front. If you are contacted regarding this situation, please communicate that EquiTrust Life is not affiliated with equitrust.org and suggest the individual contact their state attorney general's office regarding their concerns.
