Important Information Regarding Client Statements
Effective 1/22/09, agent copies of client statements are available online at the EquiTrust Agent Website. Agent copies will not be mailed.
To access online statements, you must login to the Agent Center. To login to the Agent Center, you will need your agent number and password. If you haven't logged in before, your password was mailed to you at the time you contracted with EquiTrust.
After you have successfully logged in, a Quick Link will appear: "Client Statements." You will then enter either the client's last name, or the contract number.
Please note: Statements will not appear until 3 days after the contract anniversary.
