The Idaho Department of Insurance has released a Bulletin regarding "producer of record letters". The Bulletin outlines the Department's position on unfair methods of competition and consumer deception that can occur in connection with letters used to change Servicing Agents. The Bulletin provides guidelines for the content and format of acceptable producer of record letters.  Please include this required information on any request for changing Servicing Agents that you submit to EquiTrust Life.
