Important Information Regarding Client Correspondence
Effective 3/23/09, agent copies of client correspondence are available online at the EquiTrust Agent Website. Agent copies will not be mailed. This change applies to the following:
- Certainty/Certainty Select renewal letters
- Anniversary letters
- Premium receipt letters
- Index account transfer confirmation letters
To access these letters & annual statements, you must login to the Agent Center. To login to the Agent Center, you will need your agent number and password. If you have not logged in before, your password was mailed to you at the time you contracted with EquiTrust.
After you have successfully logged in, a Quick Link will appear: "Client Statements." You will then enter either the client's last name, or the contract number.
