Additional Service Forms Now Subject to Secured Access

As a Company, EquiTrust continually strives to enhance our processes. Part of those enhancements include additional measures to safeguard against any inappropriate outside conduct or attempted fraudulent activity.

In our continued effort to better protect EquiTrust annuity and life policy owners, most service forms are now subject to login – in addition to already secured withdrawal/loan/EFT forms. 

On the "Forms" Quick Link of the Agents.EquiTrust.com website, all form listings and titles will appear regardless of login status. To access a secured form, enter your Agent Username and Password. Once entered, the form will appear and you will have login status to the full website.
