Annuity Contract Correction Letters Sent to Your Clients
There was a contract print issue on index annuities issued with the Barclays Focus50 account. A letter explaining the issue will be sent to your impacted clients.
On the Accounts page of the impacted contracts, the specifications relating to Barclays Focus50 accounts are subject to two corrections:
The Participation Rates shown for the Focus50 Index account are correct. Only the descriptors are incorrect.
The letters will be mailed on or around Friday, August 28th. Your clients with index annuities effective from 4/1/2020 and issued on or before 8/10/2020 will receive the letter.

For your clients to whom the letter will be sent, a copy (titled Contract Print Error Correction Letter – Focus50) will be accessible on the Agent Gateway website (login required). From the home page’s My Business quadrant, you may access the client letters in two ways:
