How does the premium bonus work?
When clients fund an EquiTrust bonus FIA, the premium bonus is applied immediately and becomes a permanent part of the annuity’s Accumulation Value. Interest and index credits are earned on the premium and the bonus. And if your clients purchase the optional Income Benefit Rider on MarketPower Bonus Index or MarketTen Bonus Index, the bonus will be applied to the Benefit Base value. Plus, 100% of the premium bonus is included in the annuity’s death benefit. No vesting schedule!
