Transition to wizard for these products

In our conversion of FireLight E-Apps from a forms-based approach to a streamlined wizard platform, we've made it to the finish line! Now all EquiTrust products are available through the simple wizard E-App process. The last three products that have moved to wizard are:

• ChoiceFour^®
• MarketForce Bonus Index™
• MarketMax Index™

These products join the rest of our product portfolio which have already moved to wizard. All products available in wizard include the new Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) form, designed to reduce not-in-good-order (NIGO) business and eliminate errors.

Finalize applications you started in forms-based FireLight by 2/15/24

Do you have forms-based applications in progress? If so, you can still complete and submit them through February 15, 2024.
