Per the terms of your EquiTrust agent contract, we are notifying you that your EquiTrust commission schedule has been updated effective January 1, 2023.

The updated schedules reflect changes that affect marketing organizations which were recently communicated via letter.

All schedules have been updated with the following changes:
Adjustment to Bridge age 76-80 commission rate to reflect 75% of the age 55-75 rate
