Arkansas Comparison Form Change

Effective 1/1/20 for Arkansas, the state-specific form "Comparative Information Form - Arkansas" (form ET-RPL-4906AR) is no longer required for annuity replacements. For all Arkansas replacements of annuities or life insurance, the "Disclosure & Comparison of Products" forms for respective EquiTrust products fulfills the Arkansas comparison-form requirement for annuities. The Disclosure & Comparison of Products forms are available now on AppBuilder and E-App, and are included automatically when the Replacement box is checked.
