Oklahoma Training Requirement - Effective July 14, 2010

Producers who sell, solicit or negotiate annuities must complete a suitability training course, which shall be required within 12 months after July 14, 2010 for current Life Line of Authority holders and requires training to be completed prior to issuance of a Life Line of Authority for producers wishing to hold a Life Line of Authority after July 14, 2010. Certificates for substantially similar training completed in other states will satisfy this requirement. For additional information contact the Oklahoma Insurance Department at 800-522-0071.
