MarketPower Bonus Index Sales
Temporarily Suspended in Oregon
Effective July 12, 2019
The 12% premium bonus on MarketPower Bonus Index will be reduced to 10% effective July 12, 2019.
Pending the approval of revised product materials by the Oregon Department of Insurance, MarketPower Bonus Index sales will be suspended in Oregon beginning July 12, and will resume upon Oregon DOI approval.
Applications for Oregon clients received on or after July 12 will not be accepted.
We will alert you when Oregon MarketPower Bonus Index sales may resume.
Transition
Applications by Oregon clients submitted by E-App, fax or mail which are received on or before 5:00 PM Central on July 11 will be processed, and will receive the 12% premium bonus for first-year premiums. Applications for Oregon clients received on or after July 12 will not be accepted.
