Updated product disclosures for AR and ND available now, required 3/1/23
USE OF UPDATED AR AND ND DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS REQUIRED BY 3/1/23
Due to the recent increase of the Minimum Guaranteed Contract Rate (MGCR)1 to 2.8%, we’ve updated disclosure statements for Arkansas and North Dakota on several products. These states require disclosure supplement pages that are not required in other states.
These updated disclosure statements are now available on our agent website Agents.EquiTrust.com in AppBuilder and under Forms, and have been loaded into our E-Application systems. They will be required for all business received on or after March 1, 2023.
