Be sure to let your clients know they’ll soon be receiving IRS Form 5498 in the mail. IRS Form 5498 is the form on which IRA, SEP, SIMPLE and Roth contributions (including rollovers and Roth conversions) are reported to the IRS. Paper forms to IRA holders are mailed in May prior to our submitting information to the IRS in June.
Submit advertising for approval
Keep in mind that pre-approved advertisements may be used as they appear on the Agent Gateway. No other copy revisions (other than inserting your contact information and company logo) can be made without prior approval from EquiTrust. For ad-usage tracking, please send a copy of the final ad or mailer (that includes your contact information) to EquiTrust. Visit the Agent Gateway and click on Advertising to view pre-approved ads.
If you create your own ad featuring an EquiTrust product – whether a fully disclosed ad with product name and issuer identified, or a “blind” ad with product name and issuer not identified – the ad must be submitted to EquiTrust for review prior to use.
