When requesting a hierarchy change, new business cases should not be submitted until the hierarchy change has been completed. New business applications received before the hierarchy change is received in good order will be processed under and credited to the existing hierarchy.

• Be sure to sign the application on page 3 after your clients have signed
• Help your new business applications move quickly by providing your correct writing-agent code. Delays may result during agent license review if you enter your agency code or the incorrect agent number on new business applications.
